Use a Large Photo to Capture Emotion

Design by Kelly Goree

Kelly used a large photo to express how her son felt about playing in the outfield. An arrow and row of stars direct attention to her supporting photo, which adds interest and continues the story.

Editor's Tip: To create a cohesive layout, pull your color scheme from the photo. Kelly chose the colors of her son's baseball uniform and carried out the baseball theme by filling the O in the title with a large ball accent.
