Spring Scrapbook Layout Ideas

Lori made her own tulip-theme background paper for this spring-fresh layout. She enlarged a photo of tulips from her garden, reduced the opacity in her image-editing software, and printed the photo on matte paper. She sanded the surface, concentrating on the edges to create a soft look that allows the other photos to stand out.
