Small brads aren't large enough to actually hold the rubber charms used here, but Leslie faked the look with a bit of strong adhesive. She repeated the bright colors, floral designs, and fabric texture found in her main photo for a well-rounded look. Try clustering embellishments to prevent them from taking over the page design.
