Cute Bag Topper
Design by Jen Lessinger
Create one digital design and print it multiple times to use as a treat bag topper. For younger kids, attach the topper with scrapbooking adhesive instead of using staples. If you have a lot of valentines to make, use a smaller bag and topper to conserve paper and ink.
