Polly made her own wrapping paper by die-cutting a shape from a compressed sheet sponge (found at a crafts store), cutting apart the bulb and base so she could stamp in different paint colors, and stamping the sponge shapes on plain kraft paper.
Editor's Tip: Compressed sponge feels like thick paper but expands when you add water. Keep designs simple as intricate details won't show up well.
