This twist on cutting paper snowflakes adds a shimmering elegance to your tree. Cut a 14-inch strip from white or silver paper. Accordion-fold the strip. Using a decorative-edge scissors, cut the tips into a point or a rounded edge. Make additional cuts if desired. Bring the ends together to form a circle; glue.
