Lisa kept her color scheme for this scrapbook page simple, sticking to blue hues to complement the photo of her dad playing his guitar. She varied the hues to keep the page visually interesting and mixed in monochromatic embellishments to add texture and give the page its finishing touches.

Editor's Tip: To choose a color scheme for your page, look at your pictures and decide what mood you want to convey. Deep hues such as green, blue, and purple are calming; bright hues such as red, yellow, and orange are more active.
