Fun and Festive Summer Paper Piecings

Your page will win first place with this ruffled ribbon. Jennifer cut a 3/4-inch strip of cardstock and accordion folded it. Using liquid adhesive, she adhered the folded paper around a cardstock circle. Add a second cardstock circle on top, ribbon tails, and lettering to complete the piecing.
