Dance Paper-Piecing Patterns

Several pretty touches give this paper-pieced tutu pizzazz. Valerie used pink vellum for the top skirt layer to imitate the look of tulle and trimmed the skirt edges with decorative-edge scissors for "ruffles." She topped the tutu with a rosette, which you can find at crafts stores.
