Cathy used scraps of ribbon from her stash to add fuzzy texture to her cat paper piecing. Use adhesive strips or tape to adhere ribbon lengths to a cardstock base. Flip the ribbon-covered base over and trace your pattern on the back. Use gems and brads for eyes.
