Julie layered Grand Circles and Grand Scalloped Circles to create a background mat for her photo. She added Rose Creations with hand trimmed Elegant Posts for the flourish detail. Labels Twenty and Petite Ovals LG hold the subtitle, with hand written journaling around the circle.
