Create a Punched Polka-Dot Background

On this scrapbook page, Michelle created an original polka-dot background with multi-colored punched circles. She helped her color scheme stand out by grouping the circles into blocks of color and placing them in a pattern around the page before adding her grouped-together photos, journaling, and title.
