Scrapbook Pages with Baker's Twine

Use bright patterned tags for a background. Tie baker's twine to each tag and staple the twine to the edge of the layout. Bright colors make the twine an easy accent. Easily create pretty rosettes with cardstock scraps and gems. All you'll need is a 1" circle and a 3/4x12" strip of cardstock. Dampen the cardstock strip using a spray bottle or wet cloth to make the paper more flexible. To make the flowers, pleat the strip, forming a tight circle as you pleat. Continue until the flower reaches the desired size.
