TRIM TAPE WITH DECORATIVE SCISSORS
Design by Amy Licht
Amy put her decorative scissors to use by cutting the entire length of a tape strip. (Leave the paper backing on the tape while cutting to minimize sticking.) She created depth by weaving the strips at the middle and layering chipboard pieces and designs cut from patterned paper.
