Star Banner

Celebrate the Fourth of July with a colorful banner of stars. Cut or punch out stars from red and blue glitter cardstock. Punch a hole at the top point of each star and string onto lengths of ribbon. Hang the garland from nails or hooks for pretty buffet decor.
