Valentine's Day Decor

Combine a wooden plaque with wooden spools and patterned paper and you'll have a wall hanging suitable for any time of year. Spray-paint a wooden plaque that's in a heart or other shape. Punch various-size circles from patterned paper, and glue to the tops of different-size wooden spools. Adhere spools to the plaque, tallest at the top to shortest at the bottom. Add patterned paper to thin wooden dowels to fill the spaces between spools.
