Pretty Paper Holiday Wreaths

This fan-shape wreath adds creative interest to a door. Accordion-fold a strip of holiday-theme scrapbook paper and use decorative-edge scissors to cut the scalloped edge. Bring the ends of the strip together to form a circle and tape it in place. Before taping, use a small punch to put holes at the inner edge and thread cord through the holes. Add a bow or tassel embellished with ornaments at the center and a ribbon for hanging.
