Use Sequins to Add Shine To a Ballet Scrapbook Page

Vanessa drew a heart over one of the photos on this scrapbook page using clear-drying liquid glue, then applied a mixture of small circle- and flower-shape sequins to highlight her daughter in the shot. Flower-shape brads backed with large sequins secure pleated tulle along the top of the page for added texture.

Editor's Tip: Sequins come in a variety of colors, sizes, shapes, and finishes. If you want a subtle shine, look for transparent or opaque sequins. For more pop, choose iridescent, metallic, or holographic varieties.
