Paper-Punch Techniques for Scrapbooking

Susan accordion-folded paper to create a paper-chain effect on this scrapbook page. After folding her paper, she punched slightly outside the folded edge to keep the hearts and circles connected. To avoid damaging your tools, keep paper thickness in mind. Susan found that three folds (four layers) was the maximum her punch could cut.
