Combine Creative Snapshots and Letter-Style Journaling on a School Page

Erin made this scrapbook page to commemorate the first day of school for a friend's son. She super-sized one shot and surrounded it with matted supporting photos, then hand-cut a title from a cursive font for interest. First-hand journaling and a teacher's note personalize the page.

Editor's Tip: Write a message to the subject of your scrapbook page. Erin had her friend jot down her thoughts, then scrapbooked them for her son to look back on.
