Create Home Decor Accents from Leftover Scrapbooking Supplies

Tracy turned her scrapbook stash into easy coffee-table decor. She embellished inexpensive foam balls with scrap buttons, ribbon, and flower accents. Decoupage medium , straight pins, or adhesive dots hold the scrapbooking supply leftovers in place.
