1. Fold the red striped cardstock to form the card. Attach the green scallop-edge cardstock on the front. Black circles cut from the vintage-text paper, the floral paper, and the brown damask paper with cardstock for stability. Apply Diamond Glaze over the circles to give them a glossy look.
2. Apply a white rub-on to the right side of the card and add the small tag, rub-on words, and a leaf brad. Add varying lengths of ribbon to the top left side of the card and attach the circles over the ribbons. Add decorative brads as shown.
