Create A Border With Scraps

design by Melissa Inman

Melissa used a 7-1/2x10” piece of brown cardstock as the base of her layout, adding her photos and handwritten journaling on top. For a pretty border, she attached various rectangular scraps of the kit’s papers to bring the page to the standard 8-1/2x11” size.

To bridge the background and foreground, she added a title that overlaps the two pieces.

SOURCES Cardstock: Prism. Stickers: American Crafts. (Letters).
