Unite a Two-Page Design with Strips
design by Candi Gershon
1. On two sheets of cream cardstock (not included), attach two 7-1/2x12" pieces of black cardstock (not included) horizontally about 1-3/8" from the top of each sheet. On the left side of the left page, position and mount the 3x7" piece of blue polka-dot paper on the black cardstock, leaving 1/4" border above and below. Adhere the 5-1/4x4-3/4" piece of blue polka-dot paper in a similar position on the right side of the right page as shown.
2. On both pages, add photo collages—either created digitally as Candi did or with individual photos matted on white cardstock—to the black cardstock as shown. The grouping on the left measures 7-1/8x9-1/8", and the collage on the right measures 7-1/8x7-3/4".
3. Add the strips of the coral polka-dot, blue-lined, and lined- with type papers below the black cardstock. Place the “memories” sticker on a chipboard square (not included), and then mount it on a 2-1/4x2-3/4" piece of yellow cardstock (not included). Attach a chipboard title and handwrite your journaling on a 2-1/2x7-1/2" piece of yellow cardstock (not included). Mount it on the right page. Embellish the design with clear buttons and chipboard accents (not included) topped with various stickers from the tab-and-tag stickers sheet.
