Create a Ribbon Accent

Design by Robyn Werlich

1. Attach the 11"-square piece of floral/light green paper (floral side up) to a 12x12" piece of pink cardstock (not included). Add a 5-1/2x8" piece of white scalloped-edge cardstock (not included) to the upper left corner as shown. Trace around the lightly attached letter stickers for the title; remove stickers.

2. Cut 3" numbers from the stripe/blue solid paper (blue side up) with a die-cutting tool or by hand. Attach the numbers to the white cardstock, overlapping the traced letters. Tuck a 4x6" photo just under the right edge of the white cardstock, about 1-1/2" from the top edge of the floral/light green solid paper (floral side up).

3. Add the small strip of multicolor dot/dark green solid paper (dot side up) near the top of the small piece of multicolor rings/pink solid paper (pink side up). Print journaling on a scrap of pink cardstock (2-1/4x3-3/8"). Attach both the pink block and the journaling block to the right of the photo as Robyn did.

4. Add a 1x12" strip of floral/light green paper (light green side up) below the photo. Attach a thin strip of stripe/blue solid paper (blue side up) under the green strip. Affix pieces of pink ribbon across the green cardstock strip and tie in a bow. Accent with flowers punched from both sides of multicolor blocks/blue solid paper, a button, brads, and string.

ADDITIONAL SOURCES Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper. Font: Times New Roman. Die cuts, die-cutting tool: Cricut by Provo Craft. Punches: Stampin’ Up!.
