Original #1: Make a Swimming Page

For a page all about her son’s blue goggles, Linda Harrison let the photos lead and chose a simple brown background. The playful orange fish were too cute to pass up—she dressed them up with green and blue brads to make eyes and bubbles. A patterned-paper wave conveys the swimming theme and ties the colors together.

SOURCES Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper. Patterned paper, rub-ons: CherryArte. Stickers, felt: American Crafts. Pen: Sharpie. Brads, charm: Queen & Co. Corner rounder: Marvy Uchida. Design: Linda Harrison.
