Mat a Collage With Crepe Paper

Make the scrapbook page: For a blue-ribbon-worthy photo mat, Maria wrapped a circle of blue crepe paper around the edge of her printed photo collage. Circular embellishments connect the design, and handwritten journaling puts the finishing touch on the scrapbook page.
