Frame the Photo Collage

How she used it: Valerie filled all but one block with different shots from her daughter's birthday party. The final horizontal block was filled with blue cardstock and journaling.

Make the scrapbook page: Strips of patterned paper frame two sides of the collage. Valerie added flowers, circles, and other embellishments to capture the party atmosphere on her page.
