USE BLOCKS OF PATTERNED PAPER TO CREATE A GRID CARD DESIGN

Melissa covered the front panel of her Halloween card in blocks of coordinating patterned paper. The card sentiment is a sticker mounted with adhesive foam and embellished with glitter-coated brads.
Editor’s tip: Edges that aren’t perfectly straight add to the charm of this card. Instead of using a paper trimmer, Melissa hand-cut the patterned-paper pieces, playing up the homemade feel.
