MAT CUTOUTS WITH PAPER SCRAPS

Design by Megan Boettcher

A leftover square message sticker and patterned-paper flower cutout are all Megan needed to complete this quick card.

Editor’s Tip: Use scrap patterned paper or cardstock to mat a cutout. Megan emphasized her flower cutout by backing it with blue cardstock cut into the same shape.

SOURCES Page kit: Pebbles Inc. “Carefree.” Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper.
