Alexis turned an inexpensive metal star into a showcase for favorite photos. She spray-painted the star and created vellum patterns of each point; then she attached cutout shapes from photos and patterned paper, using decoupage medium to attach each piece to the star.

Editor's Tip: Matching photos can be tricky. Alexis converted hers to black-and-white to avoid clashing colors.
