FINALIST: CINDI TAYLOR- JOHNSON

My mini-album is a pop-up scrapbook titled "Things I Treasure." I have always wanted to do a pop-up layout, but I've never had the patience to solve the page protector problem. A mini-album was the perfect opportunity to play! This album was a challenge because I had to engineer every page before I scrapbooked it. I went with a minimalistic style: I drew all the patterns and artwork, cut them out of cardstock, then added a few extras.This way the book is not just about me, it is completely generated by me, too! I rarely scrap about myself, so I'm glad that now I have this little book about me as part of our family history.

"Things I Treasure." (Cover): I thought I'd bundle all my favorite things into my very own scrapbook treasure chest. The scrapbook is 6 1/4 x 6 1/4".
