FINALIST: KATIE BURNETT

I designed my All About Me mini album to fit inside a 6x9 manila clasp envelope.  It folds up both vertically and horizontally so it doesn't have the format of a traditional mini book.  I'm not really that good at talking about myself, so I just compiled a list of “random facts about me” and put them in this book.  Throughout the book, I included labels, tags, and other bits of ephemera from some of my favorite things as well as some of my favorite traditional scrapbooking goodies.  I also have very few recent pictures of myself so I got my Mom to dig up some old pics of me when I was little to include in the book.  Texture is something I always include in my scrapbooking pages, so this book is full of it.  The mini barely fits into the envelope because of all of the “lumpy stuff” I put in it!
