FINALIST: LAURA KANNADY
The final assignment for the Scrapbooks Etc. Summer Challenge was to create an AAM (All About Me) mini album. I wanted my album to share information on my personal identity and beliefs as well as to capture a bit of my personality. My good friends would tell you that I’m generally calm and organized and I believe that this album shares in that feeling. The base for this album is a chipboard board book. The pages were originally 6x6 inches, but I wanted to scrap in a rectangular format, so I cut them each down to 3 1/4x6 inches and saved the remnants for a future project. One of my favorite things about this album is the front cover. I placed a clear transparency above the top page with my initials spelled out in microbeads. The microbeads are affixed to double sided sticky letters applied to the transparency.
