Even though the holiday season is over, I wanted to share this adorable mini album my younger brother received as a Christmas gift from his girlfriend’s mother. The design is so classic it could be used for any occasion!
The album designer, Jill Braue, took a chipboard circle mini album and covered it with patterned paper. On the front cover, she centered a photo of my brother and his girlfriend and trimmed it to fit the circle shape.
For the inside spreads, she created photo collages by arranging various size prints. To keep the look clean, she left a little space in between each photo, and cropped the edges of the photos to match the circle shape.
Throughout the album, she kept embellishments simple, using only a few stickers.
Here are the rest of the pages in the album.
I love the simple design, and how it keeps the focus on the photos. An album like this would make a great Valentine’s Day gift for your significant other or be a wonderful Mother’s or Father’s Day gift if you wanted to really plan ahead.
